I noticed that NovelUpdates only has up until chapter 141, while the latest chapter I've found online (translated) is chapter 757 (I don't know what the rules are on linking sites which took the translated novel, so I won't link it) I'm assuming that the original writer took it down for whatever reason, so the question is: Has anyone got a continuation from chapter 757? There isn't anything stating the release date of the chapter on the site, so I don't know if it's been cancelled or not.
From what I heard, translator was having appendix sx and it was supposed to go on a 1 month hiatus, but then it vanished...
Might not be exactly what you're looking for but there's MTL if you want to keep reading badly enough. Probably your only option unless QI starts translating it and keep in mind reading it from QI would basically be supporting them after they ripped it off the TL who was in the middle of getting surgery.
