Resolved VRMMO, betrayed mc, yada yada, stuck in the game, mc turned into mob

so, i forgot the name of a light novel i read a year or smthing ago
what i remember is this: setting is a vrmmo, the mc is the leader of one of the biggest guilds, but gets betrayed by his right hand man, and (by use of a rare scroll) gets turned into a different species; a monster to be more exact
for now he faces no real problems; but that changes quickly; mobs perceive time differntly, and after some time he actually gets stuck and can't log out anymore
