Asking just ask or asking because you want to translate.

 

I don't mind LNMTL, I use it for Omni-Genius and CCG, but a good amount of novels I read aren't on there, such as All Things Wrong, so I usually just use Google translate.

 

When you read MTL

Reading novels kills intellect, mtl at least adds some exercise. :\

What I think of MTL :

 

Sometimes when I don't want to pay for a novel in Korean, I tried to search for mtl of that novel first and mtl it again to Korean

 

Sometimes I do, but I often edit it in my brain trying to make sense of the story. It takes time so I mostly scan for key points in story progression.

 

No chinese raws?

One of the big reasons to read on LNMTL & Comrade Mao is that you can see the raws while reading the translation so when something weird shows up in the translation you can figure it out.

Of course most people just skim read through and don't even understand half of what they're reading, so then google translate which has a much better 'flow' by rephrasing the paragraphs is a lot smoother to read. Even though it randomly says Scorpion every two sentences, the pronouns are wrong, and so on.

Both LNMTL & Comrade Mao also has highlights on the terms, so the names, locations, realms, techniques, skills, and so on stand out more which makes it easier to read.


Anyway, back to on topic: I don't really even read that much at all anymore. But the novels I do read is about 30/70 of MTL & HTL. I mostly just read MTL while waiting for the few HTL novels I read to stack up with chapters.

 

Language isnt my first language so I dont cringe when i read it, so it is alright.

Well ofc, i mean sometimes it cant be helped y'know...the tl group went hiatus or something but u really wanna read the novels, so the only way is to translate it yourself.
And it's not that bad, for some novels, at least i can still understand the content lol. So choose carefully b4 u mtl something~
