I saw someone recommend a books in another thread that I can't find now, the only thing I remember is that the female lead falls into a coma due to the pressure of ruling and the new Emperor refuses to crown anyone else and carries the wife in his arm and crowns her while she is unconscious. Yep, it's a good read. Complete with a reasonable number of chapters, interesting plot, character development, not draggy, more real than other transmigration novels where MC is overwhelming OP...
