I'm looking for someone who can fix up a few issues with an image i created through an emblem creator. I've tried myself but it's beyond my limited abilities and the capabilities of Paint.

    What's the plan?

Remove the white marks and noise?

    Make the background transparent?

Turn the image into a polar bear in a blizzard?

...I can see imperfections, but I'm not sure what you wanted left in.

That should really be done in vector... also much easier.
(there's a few free editors online, Gravit for example)

Remove the white marks on the edge of the shield and the skull, or turn them black. Make the skull look cleaner with edging and coloring.
Turn the white wheel red on the cannon. Outline the cannon and cannonballs, also in red.

The shield coloring itself is fine.

    Something like this?

I'd normally use vectors to give it a cleaner look, but I figured this was good enough for now.
