I'm looking for a series about acting that contains little to no romance. A novelised version of Tommorrow's Kings would be a good example. No horror, BL, or love geometry please. Needs to be legally available online, in English, for free.
Computer is broken and my mobile internet is limited if I want decent speeds, so no manga Because I want it to actually be about the acting. If there's romance, then it's nearly guaranteed that the author will get lazy and stop writting about the acting to focus on the romance. Worse, because they're doing it out of laziness, it'll be 90-100% cliche with highly stereotyped charactes and love geometry galour. So, not only will I not be getting the acting stories I'm after, but I'll also be inundated with all the things I hate most in a romance story.

May be you should try some biography section. Like an old actor’s POV on his/her life as an actor/ dancer/ musician... people usually don’t talk in too much detail about their love life in biographies...
True, but romance is the easiest and most common way for this type of story to devolve. I've read it. Think I wound up dropping it due to something in the writing style, but I don't remember for sure. Already reading it, but it has nothing to do with acting. Not really in the mood for a real biography.
