Discussion I'm dead! New Wordpress 5.0 has killed me!

I thought that was just a toggleable thing? Well, I wasn't there for 4.1.

 

It lags for me for some reason. I have to wait a second or two before typed text appears. Or maybe the admin did something weird or my computer is already dying.

 

Well for now, I'm just going to give the new editor a couple of more months for them to work out some of the minor bugs, I've experienced.

And lately I've just been playing around with some test posts. And deleting my test posts just to see how it works.

 

Gutenberg is much heavier for potato pc, and that biggest my reason to not update my wordpress into 5.0. However, the good thing is the Gutenberg use block system, for page builder user, they will adapt quickly.

I think we need to adapt it also after years using the classic editor. I have used it once on my localhost and I enjoy it, I don't know what makes you trouble...?

The Copy Paste works fine, but you're right about speed typing... feel slower than the classic one.
