I think there's about 60 chapters translated. Haven't seen any new ones, not sure how many it's supposed to be in total. GDW has a lot of women but it's mostly like they're prostituting themselves for cans of food and safety. Leaving and forgetting them right after. Although the lolis make up for some of that.

For me having harem is, at one point in time, 1. Have multiple people in love with you. 2. You accept their loves, acknowledge your relationship with them. To-Love Ru is Harem, but pseudo one. Many might disagree, emporor/sex cultivator/tec.. have harem? I think they just 'own' many sexual partners. Just my opinion.
