Izaya Orihara from durarara because he's smart & loves to mess with people just for the sake of his own enjoyment. His interactions with shizuo is funny too. Hisoka from HxH because I like how he mess or tease his opponents. Another reason is he knows his limits even though he loves fighting & killing so he doesn't just stupidly charge in. Meruem from HxH just for his fight scene with netero. Although it was a shame they both died at the end. It would be nice to see how meruem will develop if ever he didn't die tbh. Accelerator from toaru majutsu no index Anddd Lelouch from code geass
For me i think Madara and pain from Naruto cause i think they got the determination to achive peace Blackbeard from one piece,i hate him though for the thing that he did,but he is an awesome villain For the favorite it would be esdeath,Itachi, and Kaito kid, cause i love them
A lot of dudes from Bleach. Kenny, Byakuya (even though only for the first few arcs), but also Ulquiorra, and Aizen (cause he's cool, even though his character was lacking a few times). I forgot others xd
But I’m all seriousness, The Chimera ant king is one of my all time favorite villains as the the battle between him and Netero was not only a fight of browns but also a point where the boundaries between those who would be considered “human” those who would be considered “beast” were blurred.
Itachi Uchiha and Pain; Coyote Stark and Sosuke Aizen; Accelerator; Zack; I think that's about it... Edit: Sorry, forgot about Meruem
I dont usually like the main villains. Maybe Tier Harribel from Bleach Nena Trinity from Gundam 00 Mimi Tasogare from Duel Master
Probably Kimblee from Full Metal Alchemist(manga and Brotherhood version), it felt fresh to have a villain that admits to being a monster and still be able to show some genuine respect to his victims despite not being sorry for it. Other than that I guess Johan and Roberto from Monster and Hisoka from HxH would be high up.
- Envy (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Vegeta (Dragon Ball Z) - Marller (Aa! Megami-sama) - Judal (Magi: The Kingdom of Magic)
