Forgotten Title MC that could read other people like a book but the FML

    The MC is crazy and super smart. Although he didn't have any 'esper power', using his psychological tricks (borderline mind-control.), he was able to get into the school of espers(people with supernatural power.) to be with FML who he couldn't predict her behaviour. Both of them are kind of insane. Also some edgy here and there.

    I think the MC also use his 'power' to manipulate someone to jump off the building. A lot of deaths at the first chappie and FML's power is some kind of physical enhancement.

    I think it's this one Demon Boss in the Human World [Entertainment Circle], from the clue of how the MC uses his power to manipulate someone to jump off the building. But I don't know about the 'school of espers'
