Question Why the rape tag?

    So, I was looking for some new novels to read and then I see Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint. I read the description and it seemed like a good novel, but then I saw it had the rape tag and I was kinda put off by it. So I went down to the reviews and read them to see what exactly is the rapey part. Couldn't really find anything besides that it's a good novel, but I'm really tired of rape.

    Rape here rape there RAPE EVERYWHERE. You want to have a cute kid as a plot point? Rape. The villianess needs to be punished? Rape. You want to make a harem? Rape. Yaoi? Rape. It's kind of annoying now. It's actually pretty sad in my opinion how casually I'm treating rape since I've just grown numb to it.

    Anyways, could someone tell me just what part of novel involves rape pls:blobsob:. AND HAPPY NEW YEAR:blobhug::blobjoy:!

    I guess around the times after he got the throne but destroy it for korean people? One of the side female character got sacked and almost raped as far as I remember

    Because most authors suck at romance/making a villain so they use rape. I've read 30 chapters and haven't came across any rape so maybe somebody added the tag just for the hell of it, would love clarification.

    Its more of an implied thing, off the scene. Which totally makes sense given that its in an apocalyptic setting with all law gone to hell

    If I recall correctly, Judge Heewon was implied to be raped and abandoned outside to die from poison air. Thats why Dokja castrated the dude from Ragtag Sponsor

    He meet his former bully that create an organization that treat human as slave. There is girls that is raped for coin and entertainments. But he destroy that organization in 3 chapter and the girls is just nameless extra

    Oh wait, I remember a part that had it. One as iBakax3 said and a part where villains make money off it. But it's never actually shown and it's a pretty irrelevant part of the novel plot-wise

    She wasn't, it was implied at first then clarified couple of chapters later that the guy tried yet failed.

    It wasn't there before, that Rape tag must be a recent thing but afaik there's no rape by/on the MC, or at least there is no rape that's so graphically disturbing that it needs to be tagged with the Rape tag.

    I'm ongoing and there is no rape, there was an attempt to rape but it wasn't shows.

    It’s there because the MC finds a group of people that gain points by showing gods hedonistic stuff. They set up a “brothel” where people are raped or get fucked for coins to survive. NO ONE IMPORTANT GETS RAPED I think

    Just drop it if it gets too much for you....I dropped it cause I felt that it was getting a little bit too boring.
