Probably a big change to the code and page templates, but can our list icons be shown next to titles / links across the new site like on NU? Especially on the homepage and the "similar series" widget on novel pages, this would really help usability IMO.

Yep. I mean, quite a few people use the same username everywhere, and even for those who don’t, the scribblehub community is currently an extension of the nu community, so it’s a lot simpler to keep the same name. I don’t doubt that there’s a few who took the opportunity to change their name, though.

I was thinking about using another one (the one that I normally use) but seeing how everyone was keeping same name I figured that I was not gonna change it

Thanks Tony! I just finished making an account. :)
Hopefully I'll be able to finish the stories I'm making and be able to publish it there.

    That's nice.

    Happy new year to all..

Fun Fact: How come Tony gets so many likes with a single post. Although I know, it'd receive likes, but getting so many is like: if tony throws out some fish & chips, then lots of audiences jumps over to get some. [even if there is local store nearby??]

I know variety is always superb, a author having more platforms to spread his novel is always a plus. But i'm curious, could there not be a chance that you perhaps collaborated with RRL? I'm sure RRL and NU would be able to find a common ground for this type of agreement. There's some that prefer the new NU platform style of reading compare to RRL however it wouldn't be difficult to tweak it to better fit the greater audience. Only really saying this since you said that you spend a year working on the website which is commendable however perhaps reaching a common ground would've save you at least half a year?

It looks like @Tony is providing statistics publicly for free that Royalroad requires you to pay for premium to get. I'm not sure they'd be able to find common ground.

I'd rather not have my scroll wheel's bumps whittle down more than it needs to. Most of my mice have needed to be replaced because the indents in the wheel no longer catch anymore and it starts getting jumpy (scrolling when moving the mouse or clicking), not because the bottom sensor or clicks die out. When I read, I read a lot. Scroll wheel settings can be different, your wheel might jump 10 lines while someone else's jumps 50, and you also get situations where it scrolls just beyond where you were reading.

For me the scroll wheel is for short page navigation, not continued navigation. I probably use middle mouse click + drag more than the wheel but keyboard whenever possible.

Tony's a programmer, not an author.

Also, @Tony a good idea might be to find a way to add editor functionality to Scribblehub wherein there can be multiple people working on one story/labelled for one story.
