That said, let's start with RR: -The Dao of Magic: MC is a Reincarnator in a a xianxia world who, during his breakthrough to a higher realm, instead gets slapped down to a realm several levels below his starting point, with low quality spirit power, negative karma and mages/dragons/what have you. However, because of his unique way of cultivation, he quickly figures out how to refine the local spirit power into usable form, which allows him to become the proverbial normal fish in a tiny pond. -Forgotten Conqueror: The MC is the single most OP guy in the history of a fantasy world who keeps reincarnating only to meet tragedy and die on the battlefield. However, on the last reincarnation he awakes hundreds of years into the future, where magic and technology have regressed while he still holds all his powers, so he sets out to use his OPness to weed out any threats to himself and his new family ahead of time. -The Arcane Emperor: The MC is a weak mage from an urban fantasy version of Earth who, during a magical experiment, accidentally gets transferred into another world with an RPG system, where he quickly discovers that he possesses an extremely rare class that makes him incredibly OP, so he sets out to power himself up and try to find a way home. Now, as for NU (I am ignoring your no-japanese clause, as it makes about as much sense as asking for non-chinese xianxia): -Overlord: You can hardly get more OP than this, though if you want to avoid pointless tragedy and cruelty, you might want to skip a few... volumes. -Demon Girl ~Tale of a Lax Demon~: The MC is a ridiculously OP demon who reincarnated as a princess in a fantasy world. She eats souls, figures out that the souls of people with a lot of hate and other strong emotions taste better, so she starts to "cultivate" bad guys so she can eat them while appearing to be a saintly princess on the surface. -Everyone Else is a Returnee: MC was left on Earth while everyone else was raptured away to prepare for magic appearing in the world, so he spends a thousand years mastering all kinds of skills, and when everyone else returns and time resumes to flow, he ends up at the top of the power scale by default. -History's Number One Founder: The MC is tasked with creating the greatest cultivation sect ever. He starts out weak, and has to use items and deception to beat his opponents at first, but once he actually recruits a bunch of expies from other novels and starts cultivating himself, he quickly becomes the de-facto most powerful cultivation around even though he is like two realms below the other top dogs. -History's Strongest Senior Brother: Starts out as a bit of a subversive story about the stereotypical "arrogant young master" fighting clichéd xianxia MC archetypes, but it quickly turns into the MC just steamrolling everyone with his ancient knowledge of pretty much all the best cultivation techniques and treasures. -To Be a Power in the Shadows: Its a bit of a misunderstanding-comedy hybrid, where a hypercompetent but kinda dumb martial artist MC reincarnates into a world of magic, which he quickly masters, and he sets out to fulfill his dream of creating a secret society where he would be the mysterious super-powerful expert, except it turns out that the fake stories he fed to his followers as a child turn out of be true, setting them on a collision course with another thousand year old secret society.
