has qi -> has a lot of qi -> condensed their qi -> got a title from a lord (no idea how this gives power, but it does) -> has god core -> lighted the fire of life

 

Thanks. And I think after Heavenly Child is Emperor and Titled Emperors. I don't think there id a skill level difference, but being titled is just a kingdom or empire acknowledging your ability.

 

I can't remember if there was a boost in skill, but it was generally recognized that titled peeps were better than heavenly children.
