How do you change your username? In my username I screwed up and the second word isn’t capitalized in the beginning like I would like it to... Do I have to register a new email every time I mess up my name? I could be totally wrong about this and just be blind though... after all this website has been up for a few years and it doesn’t have a name change option? That’s crazy
You are from a translator group listed on NU? If so, just post the news on your website. The bit will later pick it up as news instead of releases.
I created the post but don’t know where to and how to share it. So should I share it like a normal chapter or something else? I mean should I add it as a chapter release? Thank you for answering! I’m a translator from Rotten Girls’ Translation group.
No problem. However, I'd advise doing a release and attaching the news somewhere in it as an announcement. Those usually gets more exposure so people would know about the news. Group news are easily overlooked if they're not attached together with a chapter release.
I have a question, about necro thread. Is liking a thread that have been have beed dead for 3 months and above a violation or smth??? Or it just pertains to replying to the thread?
no, it is not. you can even 'like' a post in a locked thread. the term 'necro' (here on NUF, at least) means 'posting(reviving) in a dead* thread'. this rules applies to all sections except the Community Games *dead thread : a thread that hasn't had any new post for 3 or more months excerpt from the rules: click HERE to read the forum's rules.
i'm guessing spoilers & LCD thread is fine, but do not necro discussion, recommendation, forgotten title, etc thread?
if it's a dedicated spoiler thread, then it should be fine. but if it's just a one-time question, then making a new thread should be better. LCDs are also dedicated thread. there will be only one LCD per novel page.
How do I check how many posts I have? Can I even check it? Does replying to a thread (spoiler or discussion etc made by someone else) count as a post?
https://imgur.com/TeTEAFi It's called messages. Generally, it'll only count if there are 50 characters or more, I think. But profiles posts and posts from the community games subforum does not count.
