so u see XJX gets into an accident or assasination (i dont remember too much from spoolers) so he is hurt very bad then SM stayed beside him for the first months then she finds hope bcus of a medicine she has to get so she leaves to geth this medicine, going through hardship to get it. Meanwhile XJX is cured by an antidote brought by the Mei furen of SMs past life. When SM got back she learnt XJX is healed but worst of all she learns of Mei furen. Thing is shes still scarred by Mei furen so she begins to ask why she here and all that then I forgot exactly why but she didnt come visit XJX for a while. XJX got mad they quarrel and then cold war. They do make up but thats after XJX bday party where SM got hurt (assassination attempt I think)

I might be unclear on a few parts but mostly it went like that iirc so I will wait till 217 or 216 then binge my way through.

 

i know how this ends but the pain is still real when I read the new chap ;w;jing xing our jiao jiao's heart has been moved by you long ago

It's already updated till chapter 216 part 1. I'm waiting for the 216 part 2.. Shen Miao is going to tell XJX about her secret. It's what I've been waiting for.
Anyway from the beginning till the most updated chapter that I've read I can say that each chapter is worth the read. It's amazing! It's one of the best I've read. It's written well that it made me cry a lot because I can feel the pain of the characters. The "slap" to the villains was very enjoyable to read. Each character is interesting. My sister and I totally love this story and we both agree that the author is amazingand people behind the scenes. Of course the translator as well. They are amazing! Thank you!
