I have a little brainstorming idea I thought up based on Back to the Future. I thought it might be interesting to share. Congrats! You’ve just randomly been sent back to the year 1990. You have $100 in your wallet and you’re housing/food situation is stable for the foreseeable future(let’s say family) What is the most money you think you could make by 1/1/2019 using knowledge that someone could reasonable remember? Ie: Remembering who won the Super Bowl in a certain year or roughly when a certain stock skyrocketed in price is reasonable. Knowing the exact winning lotto ticket on an exact day years ago isn’t.
Our family, an earlier generation of our family or another totally different family ? I wouldn't necessarily say a lot of the members here were old enough to be allowed out of the house and be considered adults in the 1990s. But, you neglected or excluded 'Knowing who would win with a lottery ticket' and then simply buying all the tickets at the places that person goes to just before they would've won. Because lottery winners ? Some speak out about it, some don't

Would anyone even take a random detailed tip about 9/11 11 Years beforehand seriously? I mean, even after the fact, people would be more baffled than anything.
How does this time travel work? It seems it must be either the nothing can be changed scenario... I always traveled into the past, and what ever I did resulted in the very same future where I traveled into the past... And what ever I did in the past was small and minor enough that my future self didn't know about them before traveling into the past and doing them... Or... Butterfly Happens... ie. Absolutely Everything Changes Absolutely... So I would have no foreknowledge at all to use...
