Ugh. Can't concentrate writing because of all the exciting novels around. Instead of writing, my hand is always busy clicking away through different updates. Aside from disabling the net, how to concentrate? Help~ #imjustrantingbutsemiseriousatst
No partner for that, unfortunately. Not sure. But I do have the attention span of an elementary kid on caffeine. Not yet~ still can't continue writing. XD What to do, thousands of chapters to go~ hahahahaha
Write by hand then copy it down on the PC later. It's better for your cognative function anyway. Writing things out by hand apparently has a different effect on the brain.
It's an old method but probably should do the trick: turn off your pc/phone/laptop,shut your internet, write using paper and pen instead of keyboard.
So.... have you any veggies in the house, perhaps a vibrating phone, or an Oscar (they are the perfect shape for backdoor entry, just saying)
I did try it out earlier~ the best method. By the time I got home though... hahaha I'm too lazy to for any... self-help in that regard. But thank you! I'll def take note of that.

Buy 5 hour energy drink, mix it into 23 hour energy shot, run exactly 20 kilometers in 2 hours(only at night when it's dark), get on your computer after. You will be too exhausted to do much aside being on computer, you will be too caffeinated to fall asleep, and you'll be full of ideas and thoughts that you can direct into your writing. There is 50/50 chance you'll still end up reading other's stories though, especially if your mind doesn't wander as much as mine when out on run at nighttime. Other solution is to just read out EVERYTHING you are following, and I mean everything. Not a couple of chapters of reading, but dozen hours just reading. After you read yourself out, you'll automatically default back to writing if you aren't the more procrastinating type.
make a huge decision that ur gonna only write for a whole hour or a specfic word counts.... like 1000 words a day?
