Mentally or physically?

Or if you want both, using small things like putting a thumbtacks on their shoes or ruining their day by cutting off their shoes lace(just abn example) would give small physical damage but heavy mental damage to them..

Its gonna destroy their days, give them annoyance and make them look at you woth fear..

Children under the age of 16 are mostly innocent so will be exempt, they will just move onto the next life what ever that may be. Everyone else will be transformed into genderless humanoids, then sent to a pitch black void and placed naked in 3×3×3 meter unbreakable glass cubes. The cubes will emit just enough light to see by. There no need for air, food, drink, or sleep. You will be unable to physically harm yourself in any way. Your only comfort will be the millions of cubes, just like yours, seen in the distance. You will be left there until you either repent for every sin you've committed, or fall into an insanity so complete that you no longer have a sense of self or ego of any sorts.

I don't really understand how the punishments for the prideful, angry, lustful, and greedy really relate to the crime... Though I suppose the lustful one may be a result of lustful activities lol

For the prideful - make them worth no more than a slave in society. Potentially forceful domination with sexual intercourse.

For the angry (wrathful) - make them powerless. They can get as angry as they want, but they are incapable of changing anything about the situation.

For the lustful - make them incapable of reaching orgasm, yet still lustful, perhaps even more lustful than before. Optionally, they are only able to reach orgasm by doings things that they hate.

For the greedy - make them incapable of actually obtaining what they desire, but force them to see other obtaining such items of desire.

For the envious - make them incapable of exceeding or reaching the level of those that they envy. They will forever feel envious, but they are incapable of doing anything to improve their own situation. (Though I don't think I'd personally consider envy a sin/crime.)

For the gluttonous - make them unable to satiate themselves, yet have to watch others satiate themselves.

For the idle (slothful) - force them to works by some means of control (over mind and body), especially in grueling labor or undesirable work.
