Well, I never have much hopes for NUF feature requests, but... Doesn't hurt to try! Basically, I wanted a way to differ if I got a poke through a conversation or through a normal alert... Like, a blue poke if it was PM and a red poke if it was a normal alert... I'm talking about this thingy: So like... If I had 6 unread conversations and 37 alerts, this would just show a 6 and as a blue icon. While if I had 0 unread conversations and 37 alerts, this would be shown as a red 37. I just want this because sometimes I want to multi-task, but I'm reaaaally waiting for a reply in a PM, so I keep checking NUF at every small alert that I get, when I just want to know when I get a reply in my PM, so... Having some sort of visual indicator that didn't need me changing my tab to NUF's tab would be nice. I hope it's possible to do it! >.<
why stop at that then? I request different coloured alerts for alerts about likes obtained and other posts
Because that's probably not easy to implement? Alerts are already separated by Conversation Alerts and Normal Alerts within NUF, I just want a way for them to be separate while I'm multi-tasking too. Tony-chan doesn't develop NUF, so I ought to be realistic with my hopeful feature requests~
I generally don't get any notifs from either of them, so I don't see any need for this. However, I realize that some users will prefer this setup so... I guess I will just find the exit.
Well, it's probably only useful for people that have active PMs and receive alerts very frequently... Probably not the norm among most users. I don't think it would be very useful for most people outside of those active in roleplaying games in all honesty~
Well, it's fine if it doesn't. I never hold much hopes for NUF features~ I just try to request stuff that I think is simple to implement and would be useful for me at the very least~
