It's obviously an old timer, and someone that was active back in 2016 too... But I never really found out who... T.T

 

what if when we reach 1M, the one behind it was tony all along and he used those 1M to gift everyone who donated an unlimited limited edition "you have been tony'd" icon.

The whole endeavor is a thing of trusting the fund, the fund could always run away with all the money and use it to fund new avatars for @Westeller forever as far as we know, so... Might as well just trust it~
