Guy who lost money still walks at a rapid pace not bothering to pick up his fallen money. I stand there looking at the money and decide to not pick them up ( the dude was already gone ). A random guy passes where the money fell and picks them up. I later get on the bus sit on a seat, 5 minutes later FUCKING REALIZATION KICKS IN face palm myself. Get angry, oh god am i retarded?

Honestly, it sounds like a test. Either a candid camera or something similar, where they test how people react to something like that. I mean, unless he saw something nearby which he would need to pay in cash for, took out his credit card or took out some other cards, or maybe just took out a card he got from someone else to read it (maybe he was about to call someone but forgot the number) it sounds entirely illogical to do that.
Ergggh I was just dumb too: I was translating and the sentence began with ni ma -> easy characters that basically mean your mom and can also be used as curse words. For some reason, I copied and pasted it into yabla and it came up as a country name. My brain was like, why is a country being cursed? My fingers typed, I feel like this is meant to be a curse word into the translation notes. I posted the translation and when I woke up the next morning, a commenter was like, it means your mom and is a curse word. I looked back and face-palmed like, where was my brain?
