Hey, As i already wrote in the Title; I am looking for happy and fluffy stories with harem/polygamy romance and without sad stuff happening. More or less every half a year i am trying to find some new stuff to read, but since i am just very sensible with this "sad" stuff, i always try to find good recomendations =D Also, beside beeing sensible as f*** with sad stuff, i am also really picky... i really appreciate every recomendation and will answer on everything, but i may actually read only a few of them :x Before i continue; What i am looking for in short: · Polygamy/harem · Happy & fluffy (no important death, separation etc.) · Long stories · Not finished or “open-”end (no old characters at the end) Polygamy/Harem because I’m just a big fan of romance and i hate separations. It's nice if girls he cares for and who care for him stay around, being together and everyone is happy ^^ More focus on the (harem-)romance is definitly a great thing =D I hate everything sad (e.g. death of important chars, separation etc.). Slight drama is fine, but it shouldn’t be something “permanent bad” (I hope you know what I mean?) I also don’t like the abuse of a slave system, it’s fine if the MC tries to go against slavery but if he supports it in any kind; I’m out. In general i hate things where girls suffer, maybe that’s one reason why i prefer harem stories since the girls stay around and care for each other ^^ I definitely prefer long stories (600+ chapters of those typical Chinese web novel length), best thing: they aren’t finished jet or have an open end (not ending with old characters). I don’t care if it’s a Japanese, Chinese, Korean, RR, Web- or Lightnovel, but i'm not a big fan of Mangas ^^ My lists below may miss a few titles and i don't mind the slightest if you mention something that is listed there already. I, by myself, just lost the overview about every novel that was mentioned somewhere. I try to take a note about every novel that was recommended and looks interesting for me. But over the time there are so many, that i sorted some out that haven't been so interesting. the Romance/harem is slow but there will be harem or the whole story will drop to hell. And he doesnt visit brothels all the Time Remeber in whole Story it was like 3-5 times Mentioned cause around him all are too young be he Promised he makes them his Wives/Brides after 5 Years and Story time wise it isnt far off.
By the end of the 3rd volume, the Souma actually have 4 wives (1 being hidden from public). For being serious, well yes it is. lol But, the romance actually being 20%-30% every volume starting from 4th volume (if my memories serves me right lol). Since most of the stories contain heavy kingdom/empire building.
Shinka no Mi basically comedy if you put your mind out of that base it will be meh story~ romance part not really~ grand scheme behind dark not really~ character development not really~ da comedy is fun~ imo vol one is best of it so far~
Dragon King’s Son-In-Law Not many chapters here on NU but with the Help of Google-Sensei you can find around 500 chapter. Story is a bit slow same as Romance but its a good Story ( i read till chapter 300 and wait for more to come) maybe not 100% up to your Taste (cause harem is a bit slow he has a fiancée and another love that his fiancée Familie allows him to have). I Reincarnated For Nothing its a bit Different Story with the MC who is around Girls who Pretty much Love him to Death(almost yandere AMLOST!) Its pretty Funny but the Girls arent his Lovers/wives, at least not atm. a Story with 160 Chapters.
I follow the manga which might be a bit behind the novel. But, basically, it's about farming and village building with the help of an OP cheat transforming tool. Calming slice-of-life with hardly any conflicts (since MC and the monsters/villagers r too OP to be threatened). No needless drama/angst/cruelty/death/separation/NTR, or anything of that sort. Our very big-hearted MC (also village headman) befriends monsters and takes in scattered different race tribes (chiefly consisting of females who want to mate with him due to lack of males in their tribe) and integrates them into his rapidly expanding village. He gets raped sleeps with multiple women and already has children with two of them. A running gag is the MC's futile attempts to introduce more men into the village since the no. of girls (who all want to mate with him) keeps increasing and he is already too exhausted trying to keep his harem satisfied, let alone others waiting in line for a taste of his D.
@Neigh I really tried it, i didn't wanted to read it in the first place but i got convinced to give it a chance, but i really had a problem with the brothel and the slavery thing :/ it may not be such a big part as i imagine but even then it's just something i really don't like :/ @mecharos oh really? Genjitsushugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki has such a big harem change? I remember that till volume 3 only 1 girl was really in a place to have some romance (but it was sooooo less) and overall the story was always really serious, if there was a part about romance, or anything happy/daily life stuff it only lasted for 1-2 pages... i really liked those moments, but overall it was just to serious. Maybe i should five it another chance, to read at least volume 4 and see how the romance part changes @asriu i never expected something else then comedy xD but still, if i can't wish and hope for/with the mc... ^^ @Neigh (number two) Dragon King’s Son-In-Law sounds kinda interessting. Regarding the translation... i wouln't mind to much about it, if i get like 20% translated i sometimes even go to google translate and read the rest (if you know the basics, i get most of the story even with that). But i guess you are right, the harem is rly kinda slow and since the novel ends with 800 chapters i guess there won't be a huge change after chapter 300. But i have to admit that the story sounds kinda interessting (if it dosn't get to dark) and i really love the dragon fiance thing in there and that he will stay together with his childhood fried as well. I Reincarnated For Nothing mhh, not sure... i just read a bit about it... could be fine but i'm not really confinced... also only 200 chapters, so maybe not my thing :/ @otaku31 Sounds pretty fun ^^ well, bit sexistic at the end, but overall it could be kinda fun to read i guess xD only thing i am worried is, that acutally it's only about "mating" at the end without any romance, any time spend together, "disappearing" from early girls since they get replaced by new girls etc...
There are a Ton of Novels with Slaves but as long Mc Doesnt threat them like crap and like a Human then i have no problem.
Sexist? Bcuz most of the females want to mate with him? That's cuz they're mostly female-only tribes, and they r overly eager to pass on their genes. The kind, familiar and trusted MC makes for a great candidate/partner (much to his consternation). Besides, each of them hv their areas of competence and carry their weight, do their own thing. They're all pretty powerful in their own right. If anything, it's the MC who prolly feels hapless in the face of female power/union. The MC only becomes headman cuz he is the founder of the village and has the almighty multipurpose tool, which allows him to pretty much handle any construction/farming/crafting job, and not just bcuz he's a male. Worried about sexism? U don't have be. I don't think it's really sexist and (as far as I know) neither does any reviewer of this novel. And... um... the girls don't get replaced. MC (and other harem-mites) r against adding more members to the already large harem. No worries there.

Only the last part that you wrote ("let alone others waiting in line for a taste of his D") sounded sexist... but even there sexist wasn't the word i was looking for.. more like... porn'y?! don't know xD But i am happy to hear that the girls don'T get replaced or getting unrelevant ^^ i think i really gonna read it =D @Neigh Basicly i agree there with u... and i don't really mind so much about the part that the MC get "slaves" since normaly they are always free, happy etc... but i just hate it, if the MC supports slavery in general and think it's a great thing etc... also those scenes were an MC visits a slavery marked etc... i just feel terrible for the other girls (who don't get "saved") and hating an MC who supports it. Also... I guess i really gonna read Dragon King’s Son-In-Law sometime... i read a bit more about it and as far as i understood, his fiance and his childhood friend are the only two girls who are a big part of the story and since he get together with both of them i'm fine with it (there aren't other girls left behind who had interest in him?! so i don't have to feel sad for him or them).
More like she-wolves drooling over a juicy rabbit. Sex scenes r brief and not explicit. Kinda glossed over. Romance/relationship is not that much of a focus. There r two main wives (angel and vampire) who he's shown to spend more time with(?) Sorry, I'm not really sure, since I read only the manga. And the manga seems to concentrate more on the slice-of-life, village building/managing aspects. P.S. The novel has been likened to fantasy Harvest Moon with harem. If u hv played the game, you'd know what I mean.
Well the Mc cant save them all and in Most Storys there are Crime slaves and Debt slaves. What was really interesting is without Slaves there would be Massive Problem in such Storys. Well i read only till chapter 300 but there are more Woman who the Mc is Close too.(2Maids and a Teacher). Read a bit of Comments of Raws and he has at least 5 Lover/wives. So it is Harem.
@LegionUnderground there should be around 2 Chapters on Vol 5. And Vol 6 should literally filled with flirting since it is introducing a new wive (almost no kingdom building whatsoever) . And I forgot about Vol 7 lol. Well, forgive me if it is not that accurate. Haha
@otaku31 Had some time this morning and read the first 27 chapters of it. But even if i like the story idea the writing stil is just bad and there is nearly no explanation, detail or anything like that. I just don't enjoy reading it, sry :& Will start with Dragon King's Son later ^^ i'm still worried a bit about the other girls mentioned my you @Neigh but i will just hope, that even if they aren't "offical" they are happy living together ^^ As i said, i just don't wanna feel sad for them or him ^^
Hey, First of all: Thanks soo much @Neigh I really love Dragon King’s Son-In-Law! I've read 450 chapters now and i really love it! True, the dragon girl is a bit annoying but i can understand her problems to get married to an student with 15... but she acutally changes, very slow but it happens. Maybe something got mantioned that i hated so much that i didn't wanted to read it... does one of his girls dies or anything like that?
