so here's the thing me and my wife both are otakus But we are on different sides of otakuism she's an anime and manga fanatic while I love reading the novels while anime and manga are to kill time waiting for updates lol but to the point she's been trying to force me to watch anime I seriously dislike which ones you ask? One punch man for starters I hate it i find the entire story jacked but she claims its amazing so I made her a deal I'd watch one punch man with her but she had to read one novel I find equal to one punch man first my choice? Invisible dragon she didn't last 15 chapters lol
Invisible Dragon is a fucking Disgrace that NU keep here. Feel bad for your wife, don't know why you should even think about that...
1 taste desu 2 invisible dragon is a masterpiece that is for the truest of true avid readers desu~ 3 onepunchman is a masterpiece for brain is turned off viewing, it isn't there for the story only a retard watches onepunchman for the story desu 4 anime = manga=novels they are all part of the greater whole which is autism desu 5 t series won youtube is dead desu
First, envy for both of you being otakus and married. That's probably like dream come true. Then. what do you dislike about OPM. what aspect did you use to compare with Invisible Dragon; storyline, character, power, etc.
The Invisible Dragon meme was funny the first few times but... the novel just doesn't have much value outside laughing at how bad it is or the meme. You gave her the worst example of a novel you could ever imagine in order to push your wife away from novels. If that was your motive then good job. One Punch man is pretty unique and it's comedy definitely isn't for everyone but at least people can enjoy it unironically. It's an amazing show for anime fans but if you've never watched anime it'll have lots of jokes you won't understand. Unfortunately it suffers from the disadvantages that most other parody anime have. You get the maximum entertainment if you understand all the references but if you don't normally watch anime and don't understand any of the references then you might not enjoy it at all.
Hi first yes I agree thatd be a bad novel to start someone of with but its not her first she just doesnt like novels in her words no pics is just boring second yes ive watched hundreds of anime over the years and i get most of the reference the show does have its good points but to me the bad overwhelm the good and third the reason I compare them is because to me they are the same type of brain numbing stories
Personally dont celebrate v-day if you cant show a person how special they are to you every day of the year why fake it dress it up and waste money on it for that one day out of the year
You really respond to everybody. Guess that mean you never miss, huh. But seriously you cant compare one-pun to invisible dragon! I'd honestly suggest both you and your wife pick different shows/novels to check on. Why try to kill her interest in novels with that MAGNUM OPUS.
Littleton94, You will get your ass whooped and no sleeping in bed today since you have been pestering me with that horrible novel even boku no pico is better than it. And you sincerely trying to make fun of one punch man, one of the most entertaining anime ever, you will burn burnnnnn burnnnnnn Wify Chan
Nah, just wondering who's idea to bend NU policy for something that Absolutely not a novel. No raw found(english original). Tags was put with no real reason. I'm baited ..... i read until the end, it ended up as invisible dragon kill writer motivation. Yep, a joke literally being above NU commitment on their policy. Edit: sorry mate, just waste 120sq for trash CE in FGO, no valentine for me. Just want to rant as the post title mentioned.
Like I said, it's a joke. Even the owner is okay with it. It's not harmful. Also, it is a Korean novel. Not English original. You can literally search Invisible Dragon raw and the first result is a thread on NUF that the translator himself had posted...
Sure, that's fine then. Don't double post or triple post though because it's against forum rules. There's a + Quote button on the side that you can use to quote multiple posts.
