First we saw this Then it's confirmed by this Ma' boy shin and kyou!!! This movie probably cover first arc..
Thought shiin would look a little younger then that but it still looks like something I watched in my free time
It's the "Kingdom" manga that had anime adaptations for the past few years. And I agree with some comments. Shin looks too old
Y'know, Kingdom is actually fairly well suited for a live action. Normally I think live actions are... stupid. But not in this case.
i was expecting chinese voice actors, bcs it's chinese based but well as long the fighting scene is good and actors don't go out of theirs roles
Now i have something to wait for. well, but truthfully the story only start getting real good when he goes to his first war campaign.
While I do agree if you think about it at the beginning Shin is about 13 or 14 years old. For a war movie with that kind of bloody scenes it’s a bit too young.
bro this is really hype, never heard about it till now I love kingdom so much lol hopes this helps it get more known to the western
Considering it's a sword his best friend got while he was being the king's body double, you can be pretty sure it's a damn good sword. There's actually a few other characters who are very similar to his age , and considering the whole situation, teenagers in war isn't necessarily uncommon nor common. It's what happens if things are bad enough or they volunteer in advance. That being said, i'm not sure if I should be hoping they go as realistic as possible or try and go according to the manga as much as possible.
Ya it is. But I think the actor would fit the Shin after a few years. Not the Shin from before he joined the army
Ooh, it's been awhile since I last read Kingdom, but I'm hyped for this live action. I forgot if the first arc covered the entire story with Ouki. I hope they do cover it, because I loved it a lot and it made me really emotional.
