Resolved Forgotten BL Novel

Hi, guys! So, I was searching for the novel while scrolling down my tabs but, again, it's not there. Searched by history, it's been automatically deleted. Searched by internet, my head almost got blown up from, well, all of the story.
Anyway, I forgot the summary and only remembered the plot.
It's about a guy who, despite the times has developed into the interstellar times, there are still few people who have incurable disease and our MC is one of them.
From small to large, he has been confined in the hospital bed and can only see the outside world through pictures. Until a holographic fantasy game was made.
A nurse, who took care of MC knew that he longed for the outside world and she had a cousin who worked in a company that was about to launch the game. She called the cousin and asked for help.
The cousin offered MC to work as an NPC in the game without restraint and can go and see the game world.
MC agreed and he became a NPC elemental elf who has a high rank among the elf and one of the powerful elemental elf.
I forgot the NPC name but I remember it started with an 'L', I think.
So, he travelled the game world and occasionally do his job as an NPC, he has more freedom than other workers, until the time when all of his organs has almost ceased to function.
His time almost ended and yet, MC still went to the game world despite his friends, doctors and nurses didn't agree.
He wanted to say goodbye to the only one that loved him.
It was an NPC. Not a human NPC but an NPC with intelligence and awareness, the Demon King. I forgot ML's name.
MC then remembered back to the first time he met with ML. It was when he went to a... what was it called? A locked territory that requires players to level up until level 80 or something and ML castle had just been moved there.
MC tried to do experiment that place, where it was said no plants could live and sure enough, the plant died. At that time, the castle door opened and the Demon King came out. That was the first time they met, to which MC ran away cuz he figured he couldn't defeat the Demon King. The ML was five level higher than him.
After that, when players had leveled up and unlocked the Demon King's territory, light and darkness wages war every few months. The first time when the war was waged(is this the right word? Oh, I don't know anymore), MC also participated in it with him at the light side as a healer, he healed anyone that appears in front of him, regardless of the party, and while he was healing, the great elemental elf was kidnapped right under the light nose by the Demon King. And so, the quest begin called, rescuing the Demon's bride or something, which was funny, every time war was waged, the Demon King will kidnap MC and the players have to rescue the damsel in distress. This happened over and over again until MC had grown used to it. It seemed that the Demon King fell in love with MC at first sight.
Back to the present, MC wanted to say goodbye to the Demon King. Just as he was about to log out, ML grabbed his hand, not letting him leave. ML felt at that time, if he let MC leave, he won't be able to see him again. It was at this time MC felt weird. Because he can feel the heat from ML's hand, which was not supposed to be.
Right at that moment, a demon came running in, shouting that the outside was wrong, their castle had been moved.
The Demon King's castle can only be moved by ML. The fact that the castle was moved without their notice was a big thing.
MC was checking for the interface but nothing showed up.

I haven't read this one, but I read a couple paragraphs and the MC's health is on the decline. Has game, demon king, transmigration in the summary and tags...

Edit: Read a bit more, and pretty sure it's this one. Nurse said, "My cousin works at a game company and is about to release a magic holographic game."
