How long does muscle aches last? (I need to take a shit)

    The most memorable time from intense exercice I remember was when I tried to do both boxing and bodybuilding (next day and for an entire month, I kept regretting that decision :facepalm:)

    What you have is called DOMS, the muscle aches should be gone in a few days time

    I did intense exercise a week ago that I probably over did it since it feels like my pectoral muscles ripped and hurts like hell when ducking or reaching over, heavy breathing hurt quite a bit too, muscle aches ain't new to me. Man up and dont do exercise for 2 days then do it again. I used to think moderation is for weaklings but damn imma do it moderately now.

    Why chase the pain in your muscles after exercising... you should make it ache more because wearing and tearing of muscle is a sign of growing stronger..

    Light exercise, and magnesium (ask in pharmacy, for after sport aches) should help with the muscle ache , even walking

    Going to the toilet shouldn’t be affected. If constipation persists- go to a doctor (some form of laxative will probably be prescribed...)

    Do more exercise, pulling a truck's tire, wall climbing, triangle push up, russian crunches, sprint-push up-jumping jack, or 2km jog.

    Fact is, you need to stretch the muscle groups you used always after intense exercise. It will help minimise the pain

    3 days earliest and a week at most. Intense workout in your first day is something you shouldn't do or else you'll get injured. to lessen the pain do cryotherapy

    It's a good thing that your muscles are in pain, it means that you've done enough exercise that your muscle fibers ripped and now they're repairing, once they're healed they'll be stronger, bigger and more swole.

    You just need a little light exercise and stretching, go for a walk but don't do too much.

    Once you get to the point that your muscles don't ache anymore after exercise you need to take it to the next level and increase the intensity if you want to see more growth.

    Try using the sitting ones not squatting, that way at least you won't accidentally 'slip' and fall while shitting LOL
