MH ? Main harem ? Monster hunter ? I would have understood if it was main FL / FL or even MLI (main love interest) but MH i don't know. Also i don't think it's common where FL leaves MC and he gets stronger or rich. It's more common in CN where there is revenge and stuff or in stuff like Supernatural Clairvoyant where MC is poor and becomes strong+rich and author makes a girl appear that had the choice of MC and a rich dude and she chose the rich dude in the past and she gets face slapped in the present seeing MC being stronger or richer then current boyfriend.
I don't think this is what you're looking for but the manhua 'The Last Human', there the MC's lover dies at some point and later after he's the only one left in the world, he goes back to the day before the apocalypse, and this time he tries to search for his past lover who he vows to protect and gets super strong real quick. And it's also a good novel with none of the overly porny stuff and rape and all that. It's pure action and survival with pretty good bromance. You should check it out.
