    There was this one, where the main female lead killed all other harem member and used a pseudo cloning technique to impersonate them, but i can't remember its name

    I guess any harem in palace intrigue novels with female leads. You got killing concubines, killing concubines' children, abusing main wife's children, killing main wife, forming cliques to suppress and abuse other concubines and their children... All the while, the man never gets involved cause the backyard belongs to the women and he doesn't give two shits, as long as he gets to bang a beauty at the end of the day. He can get fresh supply well into his 50s. And he may cultivate a few male heirs just in case, but not too much, cause he wouldn't want them usurping the throne too early. It's a riot reading these novels. I've read a manga with harem of only yandere girls that was more wholesome than those.

    It's the only one I can think of where there is some drama in a relationship in an isekai

    If backstory counts, TNYNN Gaiden: Yari No Yuusha No Yarinaoshi is a pretty solid example. MC gets killed for flirting with too many yanderes.
