Well I've never read any of the marvel or DC comics, but from what I've seen of the live action and animated series, yeah they'd stand no chance in hell. Maybe if it was against a cultivator in the secular world, but a full fledged one with millions of years of experience under their belt, it wouldn't even be a fight.
Who and who? Are we talking plebeians, or the strongest of the strong? And the one above all is too much for anything by definition.

Most well-established Marvel/DC characters are written with backstory, proper motivations and lore behind their powers/abilites, sometimes reflective of the current socio-political climate in America. Each character has their strengths, usually to motivate readers with a story about a person greater than life, but with weaknesses, to make them more relatable and human, yet struggling against the odds nonetheless, to serve as an inspiration for their audience. Comic book characters have inspired many and served as an icon of American culture especially in troubling times, evidenced by their rising popularity during times of war and terrorism. In other words, yeah they'd probably lose.
Tbh cultivators would be useless if they're transported into marvel universe. There is no magical herbs or fruits for them to eat and level up. There's no spirit stones for them to use and absorb spiritual energy. And worst of all, there's no arrogant young masters for them to steal their resources and cultivation techniques. Furthermore, cultivators would need a long time to get OP. They need like hundreds of years just to get strong enough to fly. And the characters in marvel would be at the peak of their power as soon as they got them. They'll get stronger over time but the difference in power is not as significant as cultivators.

That depends, Who is the mc? In other words; who has the plot armor? No matter which story as long as the mc is the mc even if he is a cell or a caterpillar he can survive no matter who comes. This is proven given how the mc always meets the old generations but generally dodges/survives so called "not serious" attack only to end up getting powered up from the qi leftover from the attack thus reaching new heights of plot armor.

True, but Marvel and DC superheroes and villains never truly die either. If they do, then somehow they come back through time travel repercussions, alternate versions of themselves, or someone extremely powerful goes and restarts all of creation again until the heroes win.
From what I’ve heard of li qiye he would crush darkseid and Thanos. The only version of thanos that might give li qiye a challenge is heart of the universe thanos even then I can’t say for sure. Meng hao can beat most version of Superman the only one I can’t see him beating is cosmic armor Superman from what I’ve heard about that version of Superman. Xiao yan can beat the human torch he is faster, stronger, has better hax and just overall not a good opponent for the human torch. Xiao yan could literally just stomp his foot and destroy the human torch’s soul.
Technically, it depends upon the category of cultivator too, in case of Xianxia, so long as one reachs golden core stage, it is certain to fight head-on to the majority of comic characters and beat them all. But Xuanhuan? Welp, so long as they ascend twice or thrice, hardly any character from comic can fight with them. The greatest strong point of cultivator is growth in supposely all aspect while for the comic is “uncertainity”. The final answer is in case of 1v1 battle, in null terrain(no adv/disadv on both, the cultivator is from Xuanhuan along with few thousand years worth of experience and couple of ascension, cultivator will win almost all the battle against comic heroes
They complained about Superman being overpowered but then there's Batman with prep time. It's almost useless to debate on who would win if batmans in it.
I actually read a novel where their is a character who is a better prep god than Batman the guy in the story with prep was able to make an omnipresence disabiling device among many other crazy devices with prep.
