I just got a new phone and I'm looking for some good music to download on it. I like most music, with the exception of country and generic Asian pop music. The following are some artist I like in different genres:

    Rap: Tech N9ne, Eminem
    Rock: Rammstein, Black Sabbath
    Classical: Mozart, Franz Schubert

I dont really need more classical music, but it may inspire some recommendations in other genres. I'll even accept anime music if its good (key word being good).

You can’t go wrong with ac/dc or Metallica. Or avenged sevenfold are good too.

Stairway to heaven by led zeppelin is amazing~

I like most of the music made by disturbed (alomst all of their albums are excellent) and especially courtesy call from seven foot krutch, music from two steps from hell are good as well
as for anime music (I think you should download the ones you prefer as it is hard to predict what you might like and not when it comes to anime and their music for example, here are few of the music that I like which are more or less anime and some even include cartoon: Drifters gospel of the throttle, Chrome Shelled Regios Brave your truth, Vocaloid bad end night, naruto blue bird, Trnasformers energon intro...)

Music by Siamés is really good. I especially like Mr. Fear and The Wolf, those are what got me into them. Songs by Mystery Skulls are also good. Ikenai Borderline by Junna from Macross Delta is hella catchy.
Thas all I can think of now but I shall add more.
The night tempo version of Plastic Love by Takeuchi Mariya is really good too. Honestly all the future funk music on Artzie Music’s YT channel is amazing. Tanuki’s BabyBaby is sooo catchy, I couldn’t stop replaying it the first time I heard it.

Clair de Lune is a great classical piece by Debussy you should check.

Sonata Pathetique 2nd Movement is something I've been getting into playing recently. It was also used in the anime movie Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda as a mash up with Somewhere Over the Rainbow.

Chopin's Nocturne no. 9 is a very famous piece you definitely will like.

Cello Suite no. 1 prelude by Bach is my first favorite classical piece ever and it sounds amazing. It was also used in a hitman game and that Hyouka anime I think.

Meditation by Jules Massenet you should check out too if you like the above ones.

The River Flows in You by Yiruma is a modern classic that you might like, but it's so famous you've probably heard it already.

God its hard coming up with classical pieces on the spot. There are just so many of them and all of them are amazing if you just listen carefully.

Finally, I recommend the four seasons by Vivaldi. Those four pieces will last you all year round.

And for fun, check out Caprice no. 24 by Paganini. It's considered to be the hardest piece on violin ever. Amazing piece of music too.

I'm not gonna recommend the obvious, like Ave Maria or the sort cause if you like those artists then you've definitely heard a certain few pieces. So not counting the obvious, this is what I could come up with at the moment.

Thanks a lot :) I'm familiar with most of what you sent me, but Pathetique 2nd movement is new. Also thanks for telling me of The River Flows in You, I never new the name to that piece after hearing it some time ago :)
