The assassin that can restrain time and space is the founder of the assassin group, and is now dead. The ones killing Hajin are his disciple/direct descendent so they don't have the ability to do that. Although, since Gifts can be passed down, they should possess similar form of Gift I guess?
Why would he? He could reverse time. Not to mention an 'extra life' just in case shit got really really bad
Honestly, you would think that waiting for the corpse to remain dead would be pretty standard in this kind of society. I know I wouldn't trust a recently dead person to stay that way.
It's the kind of world where you can impale someone through the heart, cut off their head, incinerate the body and the head into ash, separate the ash into 7 sealed lead containers, bury said containers in 7 different parts of the world, and STILL not be 100% you killed them for good. I mean most dead heroes and villains seem to stay dead... but you never know. And that HAS to cause some level of paranoia in the older generation. On another note I thought it was interesting how Chae Joochul muttered about how the younger generation is oblivious to side effects. Did the older generation purposefully suppress the information about side effects? I ask because they the heads of the Hero Association seem to be rat bastards like that.

I feel that it is that the current generations gifts are alot weaker and more specialized than the first generation so the side effects are either nonexistent or very minor.
Depends on the subscription tier. I think the highest tier (75$ or so) gets the translation of the latest chapter one day after the chapter is posted on munpia. I'd stick with the spoilers thread if you want to know what happens ahead, there's a kind person who posts summaries once 2-3 chapters are out.
