Recommendations MC who's in an evil/secret organization

Hi, I'm in the mood for some novels/anime/manga/etc. that has the MC in an evil/secret organization with the story mainly focusing on it. It can be any genre as long as you think the story is good and the translation is still active (or if the translator is good at notifying hiatus' and not just MIA all the time). Preferably, it would be nice if the MC's friend(s) are in the opposing organization but it doesn't have to fit this criteria.

The novel apparently has more vols., but it got dropped/discontinued(?). At least, the manga ends on a sweet note.

Probably atleast a few CN cultivation novels where they're in a faction that's considered somewhat evil, but MCs very rarely tend to stay in factions forever
That one where the MC and his... assistant are sent to another world by their faction (has 3 buxom female superiors). Both manga & novel

I can't remember anything that heavily focuses on this aspect, but "The Breaker" and "Devils Line" had some of that in them iirc.
In my opinion, it is worth to give them a try even if it is not what you are looking for at the moment. Especially The Breaker, I recommend it to nearly everyone.

Record of Fallen Vampire maybe? Mc is “main antagonist”.
Freak’s Squeele is a French comic but it’s really good and is inspired by manga so I think it counts.
Immortal Hounds is really good but idk about the update status I haven’t checked in a long time.
