I've been reading books with gems on the app (not money or subscription) and it's so damn slow cause I'm reading 3 different novels on it at once so I was wondering if there's anything against making multiple accounts to get more rewards per day? I don't even know if that would work to be honest, maybe all rewards will be tied to my device or something.
I do not know their policies, but why not try? Just don't get surprised if they ban your sub accounts and real account if you get caught. Like with any system, if you break it. Don't cry over spilt milk. They do not need to care about your "buts".
You try that hard to read their novels? Could try searching the novel name in google and try looking at the search results... is this suggestion against forum rules? And for your question, you could do that previously, now I don't know.
Yeah, you can for sure. Honestly, I think that QI would love for people to have like 5 accounts at once. Just means a ton of time spent on their site.
Well there are always alternate ways to read webnovel novels... google is your best friend '_' But yeah in the past many made different accounts to read more. But as i said.... google is your best friend. (Webnovel wont see a single cent from me '_')
Don’t forget for each Gmail email account you use on the website, you can get two accounts: 1 for the email login, and 1 for the google login.
Do what i did with QIDIAN novels, cry about it, give up and bury them UNDERGROUND I repeat, QIDIAN novels should be put UNDERGROUND
Wait you can do that? Well, I'm off to QI to make an account for... A friend. Yeah, let's go with that.
Don't brag so righteously when all you lots are doing is piracy and stealing authors and translators hard work. Yes you can make them and even use app cloning to gain spirit stones but you also be busted. If possible read on qidian app or website.
No you can find them elsewhere. They can cry till the cows come home but the Chinese are copyright violation specialists. QI is no different. China only enforces its own copyrights and ignores anyone else 's
Eh to expensive for poor little me. No but seriously. They promised there is no paywall... i was fine with an add wall, honestly no problem at all with that, but with a paywall when they promised there wouldnt be one? No way in hell I am supporting that. Nevermind their business practices. But thats the wrong thread for this.... lets just say Qidian/Webnovel sucks and i will go to pirates any day before i will watch an add for them at this point. Yeah I just found the new underground. Time to go underground again.
QI does not deserve to be supported. I feel sorry for the authors that joined but they made a bad choice. If an orphan needs to sell candy bars for funding ISIS to make ends meet i still won't buy them. Helping the orphan is not worth funding ISIS.
Like I said don't brag about. At least read free and adwalled chapter on qidian so you can support and reward author and translators. As for premium chapters, it is not possible for many people to apy for it eewn if they are full time working due to high cost. If qidian stop translation a good novel due to lack of viewers or revenue etc you will first one to whine. I am just saying support translation group and author if you can. @Silverasterisk you can 't compare QI to ISIS.if you are then whole world is filled with ISIS(monopoly corporation) in every country and you are able to enjoy products due to them.
You are splitting hairs, and yes I can. It's using a couple of understood examples for emphasis. That's like saying you can't say something is sweet like chocolate because it's not chocolate. There are also plenty of things I don't do and places I don't go because I don't support the companies. I feel perfectly happy not bothering with QI copyright because they do exactly the same thing. Many authors have had their works jacked by them with no recourse, but they are more than happy to sue to enforce their own. Rules only work when they apply to everyone. That's not even getting in to their other obscene business practices.
You know you can just read something else, right? If you don't want to support Qidian, fine. Neither do I. But two wrongs do not make a right. You might not like their business practices or disrespect for copyright. But that does not give you a free pass to pirate and engage in the same morally questionable behavior. If someone steals wallets, does that get you a free pass to steal their wallet? If someone is a rapist, does that give you a free pass at raping them? I think not. Show me a mature justice system that condones such behavior and I'll rest my case. Revenge and justice is not an individual's to extract and impose.
Justice is a propaganda term that doesn't actually exist. Any justice system is more about controlling a populace than fighting wrongs. Recourse for victimization just happens to be involved a lot. I also have yet to seen a justice system that's moral. I'm also not out to victimize QI. Keep people aware of just how bad the company is and prevent more victims? Yes. As for the justice system you believe in for recourse? QI doesn't have to answer to it. They get a free pass to violate it while being able to use it towards their own purposes. The only way to change this is to force china to intervene. Good luck with that. It's been tried and ignored. I simply don't care what rights they claim because they were obtained so illicitly. Acknowledging their claim is accepting their actions as legitimate. QI is a completely immoral company. Therefore, supporting it is immoral. And justice? As put above in multiple ways, where QI is concerned, it just doesnt exist.
I just want to say, you have interesting, thought-provoking ideas about what justice is (among other things). I would love to continue this conversation but am lacking in preparation and time to fully debate it with you in-depth right now. If you would sincerely like a response, feel free to PM me. Otherwise, I don’t want to continue derailing Shadow’s thread.
