Unsure what to do, Lykke tried to ask a bird-kin(?) this time, perhaps the third time is the charm?

Fey looked at the girl who looks older than her, and kept smiling as she points at the nomad right beside her. "Yep! Zoan is Zoan!"
"Hm...?" --interrupted by the winged-kin, Zoan looks at the human girl. "Is there something you want from me?"

 

"Eh? E..em..." Unexpected by her successful fund, Lykke got tongue-tied. After a while, the calms down and try again.

"I..I..am Lykke...I saw on the quest board, t...that you are interested in party up with someone for the carb quest..."

 

"Carb? Oh, you mean the crab hunting quest. I see. I will inform this to my employees and we can depart tomorrow. ...unless you prefer to go today? If so, then you would have to wait until we are done with our meal though..."

 

"...T..tomorrow is fine...? Um.. did you already planned out, how we get to the shore..?"

 

"You can call me Gourd! Or Jack, as some people had gotten used to." He carefully passed one of the still tied up drakeling. "Careful, it'll probably bite."

((About the size of a small-ish goose. Should be plenty accurate, they had quite an elongenated neck.))

 

"We could go by hitch-hiking with merchants who travel to Hero's Port? And if there is none, then we simply hire horses. ...though, I suppose that that would mean that my employees are better off staying in Nagrand as to reduce the fee." After he had finished talking the gourd-wearing man interrupted the conversation.

"So... Jack Gourd? I see. Thank you for letting us raise the drakeling. Fortunately we won't have to worry about it biting me; I have a thick skin," the nomad said with a smile as he received the small creature.

 

"I see..." the girl mumbled, watches as the drakeling gets traded...

 

((Well... it's less of a trade and more of a give-away. But hey, Lykke doesn't know that. ))

 

Phinimimilomimo continues to sleep soundly in her box, curling herself around a garland of pretty flowers.

"Hm...? Is that a fairy?"

 

Bill, the bartender, looks at the teenage girl and smiles.

"Never seen one before? I guess they are a rarity outside Fairy Land."

"Y..yes, it's my first time to see one... I thought they were just stories for children."

Following Lykke's attention line, Zoan looked at the fairy as well.
His first thought was: '...how small. What a tiny creature.'
He then lost his interest, and then got called by Mallory as their food has finally arrived.

 

Bill smiled more warmly and pushed the box closer to Lykke.

"Well, they're very much real. You can touch her, if you want. It's not like she'll be waking up any time soon due to her...travel arrangements."

Inside the box, Phinimimilomimo stretched her arms out and yawned before resuming her hugging of the flower garland - some sparkly drool leaking out of her mouth a little as she unconsciously smiled about something in her dreams.

The girl tries to do it, but barely touching the fairy at all.
"I heard they like FlowerSparkle."

 

Seeing the teenage girl hesitantly touch the little fairy, Bill smiles as he scoops Phinimimilomimo up and places her in Lykke's hand. Phinimimilomimo just blissfully hugged onto Lykke's thumb as she continued to sleep.

"FlowerSparkle? What's that?" Bill asked, with a slight frown due to never hearing of it before.

The girl froze up, tries to keep very still, seem to be afraid of waking the little creature.

"Um...is em... a kind of sparkling sugar, my mother makes. It's more or less made of some special flowers."
