Altina the Sword Princess - The MC is super weak, can't even pick up a sword. But he is kinda OP in terms of his brain. He is super smart and has everything in his grasp all the time.

Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria - The MC is weak, but it's not really about physical battles but more of a mind games type of thing. (I find this novel quite similar to Mirai Nikki some way in my opinion even though these two are completely different...I don't know, just something about their mind games where they try to one up each other while fighting each other to the death feels similar.)

In terms of physically weak MC, i would definitely second Altina. Regis probably couldnt kill anything larger than a chicken and, even then he might struggle. He is OP in the mental department though. Dungeon Defense and Your and My Asylum as similar in that respect.

If you want a completely and utterly weak and useless MC in all ways, well.... i dont think i've ever seen a novel with an MC like that. If you're looking for an MC in this category, you might be a masochist. I suppose you could always go looking for NTR stuff as a shot.

Sadly I cannot recall the name of the novel, but there was one on rrl - completed, me thinks - with an MC who didn't get any perks after reincarnation/transmigration and was just at the lower end of the foodchain in the world.
