he has no excuse to not complete the inheritance. at this point he should be able to sense the seeds so long as they are on the same planet as him. in all honesty i am still shocked he never worked with jasmine in the past when she rebuilt her body to find the rest. as for wind and earth techniques, i think that their was a mention of god that used the earth element and i think Luo Changsheng had it, but i am not sure. and i think the heavenly slaught star god uses the wind element.

Consider this though, the novel starts at him being 16 years old. At this time he was an Elementary Profound Realm Level 1. At 29 he is Divine King Level 1. So 29-16=13. Sovereign Profound Realm is 8 realms higher than Elementary Profound Realm. Divine King Realm is 5 realms higher than Sovereign Profound Realm. 8+5=13. Now considering for the most part he wasn’t trying to gain strength what would happen if he was? It would be broken. So yeah he’ll far back to being a wimp
Each seed at best can only raise his power by 1 level. Meaning he’ll go from DKR lv 1 to lv 2 or 3. If there is a bonus for getting the five seeds together then he’ll get another 1 or 2 levels worth.
its been stated that the seeds really have no effect on YC cultivation anymore. the only way for them to raise his cultivation at this point is to gather all of them and complete the evil god inheritance which a assume will make him undergo a transformation or raise his cultivation by a insane amount. probably both with how hyped up this has been ever since he got the inheritance.
