    Depending on how you look at it, there's a few hentais with that character.
    Some have him with one name, some have someone similar (or maybe the same guy) with another name, some have him possessing a very similarly looking guy with an anagram of his name etc.

    Though the pose reminds me more (and the text probably is the same) as the smiling cultivator saying 'Ah, I see you are a man of culture as well' I see every now and again.

    MAL has several in their lists, but they're not appearantly entirely edited, but you could start with Kisaku.
