    As you can see, we are a new team. Everything is new!

    Earlier, we made some changes to the site to improve the reading experience!

    At present, we need some editors to make our translation more fluent!

    Actually the site is still too plain now.
    All i can volunteer is my mediocre english, mandarin, and none to basic Korean

    Seems like those anime where a weak team that have no nearly enough member have a too high standard for recruiting
    One thing for sure, this wont actually end like in those anime except if you accept none native and fix your site real good

    Though if you are okay with a non native i do have time

    I checked the site, I'm amazed by the creator because it's a real domain. XD
    I'm not sure if they're having full confidence that their translation will have a decent reader base so they decided to go big. But anyways, the problem is not the plain web design but the content itself. It's really a wise move to look for editors and proofreaders.

    Yeah, you're too frank. XD

    Well yes you do need a editor.Not necessarily a english native but you need one.
    After just reading the first part of
    "About Us"
    Welcome to our page. We are the Fantasy world online team. We are a group of translators who bring Chinese popular online novels to the English world.our translation speed is not the fastest and this is 100% translated by the personally. and no machine translation is used. First we translate the chapters to Engrish and then we read the Engrish copy and then we rewrite it into a smoother english copy, small parts are added and removed for flow. So that the novel can be read more smoothly.

    No offence, but even if you want that it sound like a nice joke (the "Engrish" part ) it have way to many wrong placed punctuation marks etc. and some expression seems to me a bit of.

    Not necessary native speaker. At least find someone decent who can make a decent sentence. Better if you can also find someone to help programming your site.

    First, Just make sure your site can be presented to readers.

    The native English speakers I've seen on the internet are some of the worst English speakers(I mean, they are usually native English speakers...the bad ones, not every one of them is bad). You should just ask for someone who thinks they're good enough.
