Entering the guild hall, Rei took a quick look at the quest board to find that new quest forms have been posted, and a few have already been taken.
Quickly choosing a quest that suits her expertise, she approached the counter while greeting the receptionist behind it.

"Together with Valuren?"

"Very well, quest approved. But please, deliver the hearts directly - cleaning blood off these counters takes a lot of work."

 

"Oh, your Rirota's boy..." Maga called out a familiar face advertising a party, he got closer and whispered, "...mind I join your party? *whispers* there's a scary receptionist here... and I'm scared of taking another quest alone."

"Mhmmm... that's basically getting paid to learn... how is that even... well, it should not be too hard. Been a while since I used a bow.", it should not be too hard to get it back since he still has the sensations, memories and experiences in his mind.

"Where is Aria though...", Cinis muttered and let out a sigh and saw a receptionist he never saw before, he shrugged and decided to go toward them while handing to them the quest sheet.

"Excuse me, can I take this quest please?, he then showed his badge just in case.

"Ah, thank god! I was starting to worry about my relatives. Good luck out there, quest approved."

 

"Oi, boy. Ye another one of the catgirl's admirers? I won't take any of yer love letters to her, so shoo. Or is that quest in yer hands something you actually want to do?"

 

"Of course not, I just have my habits. And usually, Aria is the one taking care of my quests.", after a sigh, Cinis replied and continued to speak, hearing her last sentence.

"Indeed that is for the quest, the master bowman one... oh, and nice to meet you, my name is Cinis, just Cinis."

 

"Cheers, youngster. The call me Gwendelyn. I'm from the Irongut clan," Granny smiled professionally, and took a large sip from her cask. Cask? From where? Well, of course she had it.

"Well, since ye know ye manners, I'll let it slide. Ya look experienced enough. Take it and fly. If ye learn something fancy, go show it off to th'instructor in the back. He's a trapper by former trade." Gwen suggested, and processed the request, then turned to some strange tome in dwarven, looking rather sternly at the words.

 

"Unfortunately yes. Have you ever gathered herbs before? While it's probably nothing too fancy, but for examination there's probably some weird stuff mixed in."

 

"Approved! Do remember to report before the deadline, yes?" The construct stamped on the quest.

 

"You three going together? The number's just right."

There is a veil in the way but one could swear that the construct's grinning at Maga.

 

"Um.. I think I had gathered herbs for eating, but those were rare times..."

 

"I'm particularly skilled when it comes to death. I'm sure I can get a good picture as to what went down"

"I wouldn't recommend it to you then. There are other you could take, let me check... watching over some artistic cult? Shouldn't be dangerous but on the offchance they have something nefarious in mind you'll die... oh, accompanying an old man! Well, same risk but should be safer-ish? The client sounds frail from age."

The construct tilted its head at perfect 45 degree angle.
