I kept on reading how weaker characters attacking stronger characters... If its small projectiles then sure But if it projectiles of extremity or spells, shouldn't they interfere each other before arriving at the target the size of a human? After all coordination and teamwork exists for a reason but when it comes to such scenes, logics are thrown out of the window.... Examples: wouldn't curse of death and curse immortality interfere each other or a house size ball of fire and a house size water dragon would collide each other uf fired from closed trajectory???
I have never heard of a curse of immortality being used as part of a lynching but in most cases it is probably possible that while most attacks interfere with eachother, there would be so many that the target is still unable to dodge, otherwise, as in the example of fire and water, they would probably just violently collide and increase the destruction (steam explosion)
Don't forget, sometimes people in xianxia like to grow a hundred bajillion meters tall while fighting (I think it's out of politeness so all of the enemy's attacks have a spot to land).
Only if all attacks reach target at the same instant. If there is even a slight delay, there mightn't be any collisions/interference. Also, attacks from opposite directions won't have this problem. There's the possibility that energy attacks may cause violent explosions upon running into each other close to the goal, similarly achieving the original purpose of damaging the target. It's not necessary to have all attacks aimed at the exact same spot/position. Multiple attacks can be used to cover a larger area, limiting goal mobility; dodging becomes difficult, so they're not completely useless. There's too many possibilities.
It's because the author didn't focus on realism and doesn't even bother to think about it. In some novel, it is explained as you said, they will interfere with each other. this will then result in the battle having more realism and also the element of strategy, but having the fight be more straightforward might be better instead depending on the style of the novel.
does anyone here know a game that lets attacks interact? like when two people spray at each other with a negev some shots collide and cancel each other out or change directions a bit? not talking about dodging or blocking btw

Im not talking about the low level stuff, im ok with the quantity in those things, im talking about high level stuff With your example used in high.levels Fire ball: to cause things to burn to ashes Water ball: to impose the weight of ocean Colliding when meeting the target, Causing target to receive burn damage making his skin to vaporize and bones to crack for an instant of contact then follow by your explosion due to two conflicting nature causing continuous explosion until both spells are exhausted.. Resulting making target flew a way with minor bruises...
Hmmm.. lets see... A fire mage can cast spell related to fire element?????? Sun gold body sutra requirements : need to bath in sun light, consume gold and fure attribute food, live in yang rich areas etc... A spell if done perfectly can evaporate an ocean : action - did the spell perfectly resulting in an ocean being evaporate... Yeah.. no logic alright....
I don't know mate, it looks more like some sort of principles, rules than logic I would rather call it,the sense of fantasy, or common sense in fantasy based world, or simply as requirements
That's why I said there is no logic in fantasy because it is simply confusing, in fact if logic in fantasy made sense there would be no cheat characters, no overpowered characters and no MC who turned their life upside down just because of a weird encounter and more impportantly you and I wouldn't be having this conversation
Theres a million way to make a great mc without cheat and stuff.... Unless the story is about the plot or the author is lazy and just milking...
