Testament of Sister New Devil. Harem, Ecchi Scenes, 18+, but not R18 (no hardcore scenes, only regular softcore ones). Male Lead/MC was OP, but stopped training for X Years, only to restart at the beginning of the story. He was still incredibly strong at the beginning of the story.
