No, I mean that the person would have seen Vulcan step out of the portal. Unless demons are born from portals, it wouldn't make much sense to think he was a newborn and not a visitor.

 

Was the description of the arrival that Vulcan crosses the portal as it is visible from the other side? Not that I remember, but indeed it wouldn't make sense at all
Maybe we'll see the way they born later on, who knows

 

This may be a chapter not proofread yet. I’ve been catching up on One Man Army, because she’s been eating her Wheaties, and I finished the MLN glossary (a frikking pain...121 chapters, every instance of a unique name copied into the glossary the first time they appeared) so I’m a bit behind.

I’ll finish two chapters tonight, though it might be three. (nah, I’m planning on three)

However, up to that chapter and the next, there is no explanation as to how the demon king could see Vulcan was newborn. Maybe that count told the demon king?

Or it could simply be process of elimination...he didn’t recognize Vulcan as one of the older demon, who are at Vulcan’s power level, so he assumed Vulcan was a newborn?

Most likely this was an oversight by the author.

There's a manhwa for "Max Level Newbie"? My brief search only brings up "Solo Max Level Newbie/I'm the Max Level Newbie" which isn't this novel.

Occasional skips the end of a paragraph. It’s maybe ten words off the end, so not horrible, but it is jarring. This became a deal breaker in chapters 93 and 94 though. The MC was talking to someone and the translator only wrote down the MC’s words.​
