https://www.novelupdates.com/series/reign-of-the-hunters/ is the only female gamer MC that i can remember. many, many Korean novels have both gamer and end of the world together, though some of them are harem so you have to read the tags carefully and all the MC are male. i can think of several Chinese BL zombie apocalypse stories if you want those. also you could try https://www.novelupdates.com/series/dominions-end/ which is a female reincarnated into a guys body at the end of the world. so...sorta fits? Omnipotent Reader hasn't had any romance in 300+ chapters, just the ambiguous bromance between the MC and protagonist.
