If you don't mind Yuri then I'd recommend I Favor the Villainess. Otherwise Lucy Blanchett Remembered is a more easy-going, slice of life novel.

Aiming For Harem Queen in Different World –Story of Self-Proclaimed Ordinary High School Girl Struggling in Different World– - This is yuri, fyi. VERY MUCH yuri. The girl's definitely not black belly, though. XD Ascendance of a Bookworm - This one's really slow-paced from what I've seen...however...the girl is interesting (at least from the chapters I've read so far) She's a book nut, and this comes through in the story from the very outset. Breaking Off the Engagement… Bring it on! - This one's a comedy about a girl whose fiance wants to break off her engagement, and she jumps at the opportunity. It's got some really silly aspects, though. Common Sense of a Duke’s Daughter - I'm rather surprised no one has mentioned this one, yet. The MC here is pretty great. Mochiron, Isharyōseikyū Itashimasu! - This one's very similar to the one you mentioned having read...so I think you'll probably enjoy it. (Slow Prison Life is quite humorous, btw XD) She Professed Herself The Pupil Of The Wiseman (LN) - Dude gets stuck in a female body. It's an other world summon where the other world is the game he was in, btw. Whether you like it or not will probably be 50/50 in my experience of recommending it to others. ^^ It's also questionable whether it counts or not, since the MC used to be male. Succubus-san’s Life in Another World - Like the other one, this one is a gray area, since the MC is reincarnated as a female...it's also yuri. The Last Surviving Alchemist Wants to Live Quietly in the City - I haven't read all of the TL'd chapters (but most of them i believe)...but...I have heard conflicting reports about this (not sure if it's talking about the parts i'd read, or beyond it. However, considering how many people misinterpret stories and how things occur in them...it wouldn't surprise me if it was just someone doing that...either way, I thought it was enjoyable, personally. The Magnificent Battle Records of A Former Noble Lady - The TL for this one isn't finished...but from the chapters that are out, the MC is pretty awesome. ^^ The Reincarnated Vampire Wants an Afternoon Nap - Like Succubus-san and Wiseman, this one is one where the MC is a dude that gets reincarnated as a woman...but he just...kinda embraces it, heh. I haven't read it to the most current chapter, but I read around 100 chapters and it was kinda humorous. It's at minimum shoujo ai, though...not sure if it's entered full on yuri territory yet. The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent (LN) / The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent (WN) - This girl is an adorable little thing, tbh. Though she gets angry when she needs to be angry, but...yeah. The Strategy to Become Good at Magic - This girl...is really shameless...but I don't know if she's black bellied. It might fall into the area of stories you don't want to read, but I'm not really sure, tbh. Two Saints Wander off into a Different World - This one has two MCs. Both are female...and both are honestly pretty awesome. Hopefully at least some of these will be up your alley~
