I am very underweight for my age. I don’t do it on purpose it’s just I keep forgetting to eat breakfast and when people ask if I have I never remember what happens in the morning so I just say yes. And my exams are catching up
You should try to disconnect from technology cause it messes up your sleep cycle and may even keep you in a state of constant 'obligation' to connect with your gadgets.
I've always tried to sleep 8 hours a day but sometimes I'm short a few hours. Surprisingly, I seem to feel more awake when that happens (though there are exceptions)
This happens to me. And I usually get about 11hrs of sleep which I think is more than enough. I probably jus’ don’t have enough iron or water....I should probably get it checked just in case.
