Man that feelsbad... I loved your work and this story. It was had its special something compared to other novels. Hope you the best in the future, and hope this story gets some love and returns to us asap.

 

Well, i did not post or participate until this year so not really interested in reading it... But, sorry for any trouble regarding it. I will try to read the rules so there wont be any problems in the future.

Somehow they're still wondering why many people hates them, they would never think the problem is them but blame others as "ww shills"

So they've put up the first 40 chapters seems like they're planning to spam release it up to a bit at a time then paywall it somewhere.

Is this novel dead in Webnovel? Because i can see just 40 chapters

 

Before I read some readers' comments which said that the original translator was ill and then he dropped the series, so our group wants to have try
But after seeing your comment, I searched more information about this novel and I just figured out what happened to the original translator, and now I'm worried whether our group will be involved in legal issues...

 

i think that may have been how it started, with a hiatus for health, and then the whole thing with qidian hit and it just sort of entered limbo. they (qidian) seem to have tried getting it going, or perhaps they expected the TL to come over after they bought GT, but that didn't work out (for them, anyway). between qidian's webnovel and zongheng's tapread, TLs are really having to walk on eggshells these days.

 

I kinda wanna see other source of novel after Qidian pop up

 

I just wish the current translator at WangMama would keep the terms consistent with the previous translation. The transition between old terms for the Everlasting Feast Hall and the new term was kind of abrupt.


*edit* I don't want to seem ungrateful. Considering the number of translations they picked up that got dropped elsewhere, I'm happy to see those series ongoing. And I do realize that to read hundreds of chapters to build a glossary and translation dictionary for a series would be extremely time consuming and likely tedious as well. It's just that you get used to certain terms and in this case they were pretty good choices as well.

Looks like QI completely scrubbed any mention of the previous translator, Udeze. All the translations are credited to GravityTales. I guess they really didn't want to pay him.

Edit: After checking some more, looks like he gets credited for chapters 613-773 at least. Hope he got paid for those, since GT is dead now.

 

Oh I had looked to see if it was on their new series before posting it and didn't notice it. Now I see it, looks like they finally decided to do it two days ago after letting it sit for months.

lol 779 chapters and all but 98 are locked. Yea that is the way to get me back in QI.
