Discussion Girl greets me in restaurant

Edit : I was wearing white formal shirt and black trouser. She might have assumed me to be student and waved at me. I understood this yesterday when I saw many school teenagers in same restaurant and confusing me for their friend and realising after seeing my face

 

And this is worthy of a thread why.

If it's a stranger, ignore cuz there's no way an unknown girl would wave at me, or if she actually does, there's no way I'm gonna wave back to a stranger. And forget, cuz nothing's gonna come of it.

 

I left restaurant and am back to my room, so even if i have hopes i don't even remember that girl

From my experience if someone did that to me I'll just stare at him/her with horror. As i usually sits around the corner and if i dont know him/her and they wave at me maybe there's something behind me hahaha

Many a times if I accidentally have eye contact with someone, I greet them with a smile and good morning/good evening whatever... it’s a pretty normal way to avoid weird/awkward stares....

So maybe she did that??

 

Perhaps, she is someone you know but forgot about, maybe you met her somewhere, another possibility, when you sat down and had your meal, did you gaze at her or peeked, looked for a long time at her? if you did, she must have noticed
