I gave up that manhua long ago but I remember that that scene should be amongst the first chapters before of when the MC got to know that strong long haired blonde girl (I forgot her name)
That was in the early chapters. Maybe first 30-50 or so. Last 30 or so chapters kind of ruined the entire series for me though, it just went down hill in many ways.
The blonde was the female lead iirc, and yeah I read the whole thing and regretted it. Alright, it’s a start so thank you. At least the beginning was alright so I’ve no problem rereading that. Though I completely agree, the later chapters felt like the author went for a completely different genre which killed it completely.

Totally agree. Once the male protag went Spoiler all angsty emo limpnoodle beta and rejected both girls then the series went downhill like a runaway train down a mountain with no brakes. Really felt like the author either lost their way, ran out of pre-established plot or just didnt give a shit anymore and decided to troll readers. The side characters were the best part of that series, especially the blonde FL's two friends.
