the only thing i hate more than beta males are tsundere males desu MALE TSUNS ARE DISGUTING!!! desu THE ONLY TSUN IN MY HEART IS @Pray Alpha THO DESU!!
I'd like to refute your statement about the first one having progress faster than shinkanwhatever. The first draft chapter or whatever, although they probably have sex by the end or whatever, I think that's way further down the line for the series. I mean, they're not really getting anywhere right now in the story and she's happy being being able to become friends. In that first chapter or whatever, they were already dating. You can assume it to be 5 chapters away, or even 100 chapters away. You can't be sure about its speed of progress yet cause their roller-coaster pace at the start did get halted suddenly when he friendzoned her...this seems to be a common troupe for mangas that drag on don't you think? Also, it might turn out to be the opposite...you can never tell.
I meant plot progress, not romance. Spoiler In other mangas, how many chs do u think it takes for the female lead to realize her feelings and confess? Even after being turned down (instantly, too- no waiting for reply which usually drags on a couple of chs) they immediately agree to start off as friends instead of avoiding each other for dozens of chs. All those events that usually take 100s of chs r compressed into a 3-4 chs. And that's what I meant. P.S. Shinkansen= bullet train. I guess I should've gone with bullet train. I'll try my best to empty ur NUF bank. The last 2 belong to the disciplinary committee or something, so they're supposed to be strict. The 1st one is always serious, like even when he was admitting to the FL how he enjoyed the softness of her boobs. Beta male lead. Can't be proactive in relationships, can't talk comfortably with girls, get dragged around by girls but can't refuse- that kind. No BL plz. I just like those that can speak their minds, and take a stand if needed, esp. around the opposite sex. Not being a doormat. Google the titles? No tsun males in my recs tho?
Well, it doesn't really take long for the female characters in shounen mangas to realize their feelings. It usually takes a long time for them to get that feeling across. ...well, she did confess so that's telling how fast the progress is. But it still could drag on, and if it does, it'll feel the same as any other romcom bullshit these days. ...but as I said, I hope that's not the case. I really do. I wanna trust this manga. Plus, if they decide to drag this on even after letting him know about her feelings, it would be worse than dragging this on by not letting him know about her feelings by getting cockblocked every time she tries to tell.
Considering the 1st ch and, in addition, their personalities, I don't think we hv much to be apprehensive about. Stay positive! *refers to the choke-hold in ch. 5* U really think she's the kind of female who'd let herself get c**k-blocked?
I was not talking about her. She already confessed within the released chapters already. Why would I be talking about her getting cockblocked when she already confessed? I was saying, I'd prefer a story that's dragged out by having the female lead getting cockblocked over a story where the author just keeps her waiting for an absurdly long time even after the ML knows about her feelings...but I still hate both. Just, I hate one more than the other. Dragging out a story is the worst.
